  • 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can black olives, chopped
  • 4 green onions, chopped (I also add a white onion, chopped)
  • 1/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 to 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 c. Italian salad dressing
  • 1/4 c. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 can Niblets corn

    Blend all ingredients and serve with tortilla chips. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
