- 4 oz. spaghetti, broken into 2-inch pieces
- 1 egg
- 1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions, divided
Directions

1Cook spaghetti according to package directions.

2Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, beat egg.

3Add sour cream, Parmesan cheese and garlic powder.

4Drain spaghetti; add to egg mixture with Monterey Jack cheese, spinach and half the onions.

5Pour into a greased 2-quart baking dish.

6Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until heated through.

7Top with remaining onions; return to the oven for 5 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
