- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (No. 2) can tomatoes (20 oz.)
- 1 (No. 2) can peas (20 oz.)
- 1 (No. 2) can whole grain corn (20 oz.)
- 1 pkg. spaghetti (8 oz.)
- cheese, grated
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can mushroom sauce (Dawn Fresh; optional)
Directions

1Brown meat and onions slowly until done.

2Drain.

3Boil spaghetti until done; drain.

4Put tomatoes into meat and cook, then add corn.

5Stir in the peas last.

6Mix the meat and vegetable mix into the spaghetti.

7Pour 1/2 of the mixture into a casserole dish. Add a layer of cheese, then pour the rest of the mixture into the casserole.

8Top with another layer of cheese.

9Warm until the cheese melts and serve.
