  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 lb. ham, cut into julienne strips
  • 2 sliced sausages (pepperoni or chorizo)
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
  • 1/2 c. chopped green olives
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 c. tomato sauce
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
