Ingredients

  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with chilies (add liquid in can)
  • 1 can whole kernel corn (drain 1/2 juice)
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
  • Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. chili powder

Directions

    Brown onions, peppers and meat and add everything else except noodles.

    Salt and pepper to taste. Prepare noodles according to directions and then add them to mixture.

    Pour into baking dish and top with grated cheese.

    Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
