  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 cans water
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. instant rice
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 large can Chinese noodles

Directions

    Brown ground beef. Add onions and celery. Cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients, except noodles. Bake at 350° for 60 minutes, stirring once or twice during baking.

    Serve over Chinese noodles.
