- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 5 garlic cloves, peeled and sliced finely
- 4 tomatoes, diced
- 4 tablespoons water
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 zucchini, chopped into cubes
Directions

1Saute the garlic in the olive oil.

2Add the diced tomatoes and water and simmer for 3 or 4 minutes.

3Add the honey and stir to mix.

4Add the chicken breasts and zucchini.

5Cook over medium heat, turning the chicken breasts to help cook through.

6Adjust cooking time to chicken breast size, it will take about 30 minutes for an average chicken breast to cook.

7Add more water by the Tablespoon if needed.

8Serve with couscous.
