  • 1 12 cups flour
  • 13 cup sugar
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 14 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons applesauce
  • 1 egg
  • 12 cup orange juice
  • 12 teaspoon vanilla
  • 34 cup frozen blueberries, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 4 tablespoons sugar

Directions

    Combine the oats, flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and nutmeg.

    Mix well.

    Mix in butter until crumbly.

    In a separate bowl, beat the egg and then mix in orange juice and vanilla.

    Combine the two mixtures and blend.

    Drain the blueberries and combine with mix.

    Put batter in a greased pan.

    Brush the topc with the melted butter and top with sugar.
