- 2 pkg. noodles, boiled and blanched
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 bunch celery, chopped
- pinch of soda
- bacon fat
- 6 onions, sliced
- 2 green peppers, chopped
- 2 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 lb. cheese, grated
- garlic to taste
- salt to taste
Directions

1Drain boiled and blanched noodles; set aside.

2Simmer together in a skillet the tomato soup, tomatoes, celery and soda.

3In another skillet brown the onions, green peppers, pork and beef in bacon fat.

4Stir in mushrooms and the cheese.

5Add garlic and salt to taste.

6Simmer until cheese is melted, then combine with noodles and tomato mixture.

7Place all in 2 large glass casseroles and cook at 350° until bubbly.

8Serves 20.
