- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/4 to 1/2 lb. Bleu cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- finely chopped parsley
Directions

1Place cheeses in mixer bowl; let stand at room temperature until softened.

2Beat on medium speed until well mixed.

3Add onion and Worcestershire sauce; beat well.

4Stir in pecans.

5Chill 3 to 4 hours.

6Roll cheese mixture into 1 large ball.

7Chill; roll in parsley.

8Put on serving plate; chill 2 hours, or until firm. Serve the cheese ball with a variety of crackers.
