- 4 oz. Bleu cheese
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1 c. (approximately) finely chopped parsley
Directions

1Crumble Bleu cheese and add to grated Cheddar.

2Add cream cheese and seasonings.

3Form into a ball.

4Roll in parsley and chill well before serving with crackers.
