  • 2 c. grated very sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz. Bleu cheese
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
  • 1 c. (approximately) finely chopped parsley

Directions

    Crumble Bleu cheese and add to grated Cheddar.

    Add cream cheese and seasonings.

    Form into a ball.

    Roll in parsley and chill well before serving with crackers.
