Most Requested Chocolate Cake

   Heat oven to 350°.

   Grease and flour 2 (9-inch) round cake pans.

   Line bottom of pans with wax paper.

   Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla at medium speed with electric mixer until light and fluffy.

   Blend in remaining ingredients.

   Beat with electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds, scraping bowl frequently.

   Beat with electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes.

   Pour batter into prepared pans.

   Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

    Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans. Immediately remove wax paper.

    Cool completely on wire racks.
