- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. Italian sausage
- 1 box mostaccioli noodles
- 2 (16 oz.) cans whole tomatoes
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato paste
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- oregano to taste
- parsley to taste
- garlic salt to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Brown ground beef and Italian sausage; drain.

2Saute onion in skillet; set aside.

3Combine meat, onion and all other ingredients, except noodles, in large stock pot.

4Add about 1 can of water to ingredients.

5Simmer (the longer, the better).

6Cook noodles in water just until tender.

7Combine with sauce; simmer no more than 20 minutes.
