  • 8 oz. mostaccioli (pasta)
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 2 medium sweet onions, diced thin
  • 1 cucumber, quartered and sliced
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. Accent
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 3 tomatoes, sliced in wedges
  • 1 green pepper, diced

    Cook the pasta in salted water; do not undercook.

    Drain and generously coat with cooking oil.

    Mix all remaining ingredients together; add to pasta (best if marinated at least overnight).
