  • 1 c. oleo
  • 2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 loaves bread, cubed
  • 1/4 c. parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 4 c. chicken broth
  • 2 well beaten eggs
  • 1 large can shredded chicken, cooked

Directions

    Saute oleo, celery and onion in pan.

    Mix all together.

    Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake for 1 hour at 350°, stirring occasionally.

    Or, cook in crock-pot on high for 45 minutes or on low for 4 to 8 hours.
