- 1 c. oleo
- 2 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 1/2 loaves bread, cubed
- 1/4 c. parsley
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 4 c. chicken broth
- 2 well beaten eggs
- 1 large can shredded chicken, cooked
Directions

1Saute oleo, celery and onion in pan.

2Mix all together.

3Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake for 1 hour at 350°, stirring occasionally.

4Or, cook in crock-pot on high for 45 minutes or on low for 4 to 8 hours.
