Ingredients

  • 1 lb. box mostaccioli, cooked and drained
  • 1/4 c. cooking oil
  • 1 1/2 c. white vinegar
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
  • 1 (4 oz.) jar pimiento
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 bunch green onions with tops, chopped
  • 1 medium cucumber, unpeeled and chopped

Directions

    In large bowl, coat noodles with oil; drain off excess. Combine remaining ingredients.

    Mix with noodles; cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 days.

    Stir occasionally.

    Will keep one week after it's ready to serve.
