- 1 1/2 lb. hot sausage
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
- 16 oz. can chopped tomatoes
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 c. water
- 8 oz. mostaccioli pasta, cooked and drained
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions

1Brown sausage, onion and pepper, then drain off fat.

2Heat tomatoes, paste and water.

3Add seasonings.

4Stir in pasta, already cooked.

5Pour all ingredients into a casserole dish.

6Top with cheese.

7Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
