- 2 chicken thighs (boneless chopped)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 onions (chopped)
- 1/2 lb mushroom (chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 5 tablespoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste
- 2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/4 cup parsley (shreaded)
- 1 (10 ounce) box pasta (we use mostochelli)
Directions

1boil pasta till al dente and set aside

2brown ground beef and sliced chicken thighs in vegetable oil along with chopped onion, mushrooms, garlic and lemon rind.

3Add salt, pepper, nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice, paprika, sugar tomato paste and tomato sauce, and water.

4simmer 1 hour. Add cooked mostocholi and parmesan cheese. serve.
