- 20 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1 1/4 tsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
- 1/4 tsp. grated orange rind
- 3 eggs plus 1 egg white
- 2 tsp. milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Whip cream cheese until fluffy.

2Combine sugar, grated lemon and orange rinds.

3Add to cream cheese; beat well.

4Add eggs and egg white, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

5Add milk and vanilla; beat until well blended.

6Pour into a 9-inch graham cracker pie shell or spring-form pan.

7Bake for 7 minutes at 450°.

8Reduce heat to 200°; continue to bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes (longer time for spring-form pan and less time for pie tin).

9When ready to serve, top with cherry pie mix, frozen strawberries or any topping of your choice.
