- 4 c. fresh cut corn from cobs or 2 cans creamed corn
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch or flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 6 small chunks butter
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Butter baking pan real well.

3Mix, by hand, all ingredients well except chunks of butter.

4Pour into prepared pan and dot top with small chunks of butter.

5Bake in 350° oven for 10 to 15 minutes.

6Stir well and reduce oven to 325°.

7Bake 50 minutes to 1 hour more.
