  • 4 c. fresh cut corn from cobs or 2 cans creamed corn
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch or flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 small chunks butter

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Butter baking pan real well.

    Mix, by hand, all ingredients well except chunks of butter.

    Pour into prepared pan and dot top with small chunks of butter.

    Bake in 350° oven for 10 to 15 minutes.

    Stir well and reduce oven to 325°.

    Bake 50 minutes to 1 hour more.
