  • 2 c. cooked yellow squash
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped or grated
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • cracker crumbs
  • 4 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Combine the first 6 ingredients and place in a greased casserole dish.

    Cover mixture with crumbs and melted butter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
