- 4 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 c. water
- 3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/3 c. wheat germ
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. sesame seed
- 1/4 c. molasses
- 3 Tbsp. nonfat powdered milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Mix all ingredients until smooth.

2Pour into well-greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan and bake in preheated 300° oven for 1 hour or until bread starts to pull away from sides of pan.

3Cut in squares and let stand uncovered overnight to dry a little.

4Seal in plastic bag or wrap.
