- 1 1/2 lb. pork sausage
- 1 doz. large eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 lb. grated medium Cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Crumble, fry and drain sausage.

2Scramble 1 dozen eggs, using salt, pepper and milk.

3Add grated Cheddar cheese and cream of mushroom soup to egg mixture.

4Place sausage in bottom of 3-quart baking dish.

5Add egg mixture and bake at 325° for 30 minutes. Allow to set a few minutes before serving with hot biscuits.
