Mountain Breakfast Deep Dish

  • 1 1/2 lb. pork sausage
  • 1 doz. large eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 lb. grated medium Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

    Crumble, fry and drain sausage.

    Scramble 1 dozen eggs, using salt, pepper and milk.

    Add grated Cheddar cheese and cream of mushroom soup to egg mixture.

    Place sausage in bottom of 3-quart baking dish.

    Add egg mixture and bake at 325° for 30 minutes. Allow to set a few minutes before serving with hot biscuits.
