- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 2 onions, chopped fine
- 2 small cans tomato paste
- 1 1/2 lb. ground meat
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. dried parsley
- 1 lb. coarsely grated Swiss cheese
- grated Parmesan cheese
- Progresso bread crumbs
Directions

1Slice the eggplant, rind and all, 1/4 inch thick.

2Salt thoroughly each slice and set aside in large bowl for 20 minutes (this is to remove the poison).
