  • 1 jar your favorite spaghetti sauce with meat
  • 1 lb. spaghetti
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 2 c. milk
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper to taste
