  • zucchini
  • eggplant
  • potato
  • 1 kg minced meat
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 onions
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 1 -2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • toast, crumbs
  • cinnamon
  • bechamel sauce

    We saute the onion with oil and minced meat, smother with the wine, add the tomato sauce diluted with some water and let it cook.

    In the end we stir in the eggs, cheese and toast crumbs.

    We fry the zucchini, eggplants and potatoes- all of them in flat slices cut sideways.

    We spread the butter in a baking pan, sprinkling with toast crumbs, and layer with potatoes, filling, eggplant, filling, zucchini and filling.

    We spread on the surface of the baking dish, sprinkle with cheese and bake until the cream begins to brown.
