  • 500 g mortadella
  • 1 teaspoon parmigiano, grated
  • 23 cup cream, for whipping

Directions

    Grind the mortadella and the cheese in a mortar or blender until it is reduced to a creamy consistency.

    Whip your cream and gently fold it into the mortadella.

    To serve use a large nozzle and pipe onto dry toast or crackers or serve in cups with squares of toasted bread.
