Mozzarella Beef Pasta

- 1 lb. ground beef or turkey
- 1 large zucchini, chopped
- 2 large tomatoes, diced
- 8 oz. pasta
- 2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1In a large skillet, brown the meat.

2Drain and set aside. Spray the skillet with Pam and saute the zucchini and tomatoes until tender.

3Add the meat to the vegetable mixture.

4Cook and drain the pasta.

5Arrange on individual plates, top with meat and vegetable mixture and sprinkle with grated Mozzarella cheese. Microwave until the cheese is melted.

6Serve with tossed salad and garlic bread.
