- 8 1/2-inch round loaf Italian bread
- 1/4 c. bottled Italian dressing
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 (7 oz.) jar roasted red peppers, drained and cut into 1/2-inch strips
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Line baking sheet or pie plate with foil.

3Set aside.

4With serrated knife, cut bread into 12 wedges, being careful not to cut all the way through bottom crust.

5Place loaf on baking sheet.

6Brush cut side of wedges with Italian dressing.

7Place cheese and peppers between slices, dividing evenly.

8Bake 10 minutes or until cheese melts.

9Makes 12 servings.
