  • 2 large cans artichoke hearts
  • 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts
  • 2 pkg. Good Seasons Zesty Italian dressing
  • 1 1/2 lb. shredded Mozzarella
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Drain and chop artichoke hearts and water chestnuts.

    Then combine all ingredients in an oven or microwave-proof 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 x 1 3/4-inch pan.

    Bake for 20 minutes or until mixture bubbles.

    Microwave on High 10 to 15 minutes.

    Serve hot with cocktail bread or crackers.
