- 2 large cans artichoke hearts
- 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts
- 2 pkg. Good Seasons Zesty Italian dressing
- 1 1/2 lb. shredded Mozzarella
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Drain and chop artichoke hearts and water chestnuts.

3Then combine all ingredients in an oven or microwave-proof 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 x 1 3/4-inch pan.

4Bake for 20 minutes or until mixture bubbles.

5Microwave on High 10 to 15 minutes.

6Serve hot with cocktail bread or crackers.
