- 2 c. butter
- 2 c. white sugar
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 4 c. all-purpose flour
- 5 c. oatmeal (blend oats to flour consistency)
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 24 oz. bag chocolate chips
- 1 (8 oz.) Hershey bar, grated
- 3 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Cream butter and sugars together.

2Add eggs, vanilla, flour, oatmeal, baking soda, salt and baking powder.

3Mix all ingredients. Make out in golf size balls.

4Place on cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake for 6 minutes at 375°.
