Mrs. Pershing'S Hot Artichoke Dip

- 1 cup softened cream cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 8 oz can of artichoke hearts
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 1 TB of finely chopped fresh dill
- Pepper to taste
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees

2Rough chop artichoke hearts. Combine with all the ingredients. Best to mix with hands.

3Pour into a 8 X 8 pyrex pan.

4Cook for 25 to 30 minutes. The top of the dip should be a light brown.
