Mrs. Pershing'S Hot Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 8 oz can of artichoke hearts
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 TB of finely chopped fresh dill
  • Pepper to taste

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees

    Rough chop artichoke hearts. Combine with all the ingredients. Best to mix with hands.

    Pour into a 8 X 8 pyrex pan.

    Cook for 25 to 30 minutes. The top of the dip should be a light brown.
