- 12 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 eggs
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 (14 3/4 ounce) can creamed corn
- 1 cup milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F.

2Grease a baking dish with butter.

3Mix together sugar and flour.

4Beat the eggs and to the mixture.

5Add the salt, pepper, melted butter, corn,and milk.

6Mix well.

7Pour into the baking dish.

8Bake for about 45 minutes.

9To test for doneness, jiggle the dish.

10It should be somewhat firm.

11The pudding will be lightly brown.

12Do not overcook or it will be watery!
