  • 1/2 lb. ground beef, pork or chicken
  • 1/2 head cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1/4 c. bamboo shoots
  • 1 lb. bean sprouts
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 can snow mushrooms
  • 1 lb. egg roll skins

    Heat oil.

    Brown meat until done.

    Add vegetables and beaten egg.

    Stir 3 minutes.

    Add soy sauce.

    Remove from heat.

    Drop by spoonfuls of filling to each egg roll skin.

    Wrap and seal with egg white.
