- 1/4 c. bamboo shoots
- 1 lb. bean sprouts
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 can snow mushrooms
- 1 lb. egg roll skins
Directions

1Heat oil.

2Brown meat until done.

3Add vegetables and beaten egg.

4Stir 3 minutes.

5Add soy sauce.

6Remove from heat.

7Drop by spoonfuls of filling to each egg roll skin.
