  • 1 (18 ounce) box devil's food cake mix
  • 3 eggs (or as called for by your cake mix)
  • 13 cup oil (or as called for by your cake mix)
  • 1 13 cups water (or as called for by your cake mix)
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
  • 12 cup butter or 12 cup margarine, softened
  • 3 34 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 4 -5 tablespoons milk
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Directions

    Mix cake according to package instructions; fold in 1 cup pecans.

    Put into a greased 13x9 baking pan.

    Bake at 350* for 35 minutes, or until done.

    Cool for 4 minutes; carefully spread with marshmallow creme.

    Cool completely.

    In mixing bowl, cream butter.

    Beat in sugar, cocoa, vanilla, and milk.

    Fold in pecans.

    Spread over the marshmallow.
