  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 pt. (3/4 of 1/2 gal.) chocolate ice cream
  • 3 Tbsp. instant coffee
  • 3 Tbsp. Kahlua
  • 3 Tbsp. heavy cream, whipped

Directions

    Press cookie crumbs with butter into a 9-inch pie pan.

    Put in freezer.

    Mix ice cream, coffee and Kahlua.

    Add whipped cream. Pour into pie shell; make level.

    Put back into freezer for several hours.

    Drizzle Hershey's chocolate syrup on top.

    Serve.
