  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 c. water
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp. vinegar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt and baking soda.
  2. 2
    Add water, oil, egg, vinegar and vanilla and pour in a large 8 x 14-inch cake pan. Bake at 325° for 30 to 40 minutes or until done.
