   Pour cereal into large bowl; set aside.

   In 1-quart microwave-safe bowl, combine chips, peanut butter and margarine. Microwave on High for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.

   Stir in vanilla.

   Pour chocolate mixture over cereal, stirring until all pieces are evenly coated, then pour cereal mixture into large, resealable plastic bag. Add powdered sugar.

   Seal securely.

   Shake until all pieces are well coated.

   Spread on waxed paper to cool.

   Serve. Store leftovers in airtight containers.
