Muddy Buddies

   Pour cereal into large bowl.

   Set aside.

   In 1-quart bowl combine chocolate chips, peanut butter and margarine.

   Microwave on High 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until smooth, stirring after 1 minute.

   Stir in vanilla.

   Pour chocolate mixture over cereals, stirring until all pieces are coated.

   Pour cereal mixture into large bag with powdered sugar.

   Shake until all pieces are coated. Put on waxed paper to cool.
