Squash with sausage

  • 1/3 lb bulk sausage
  • 3 lb yellow crook neck squash
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup dehydrated onions
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 1 nonstick spray

Directions

    Heat a pan.

    Spray with nonstick spray.

    Add the squash let cook 7 minutes.

    there should be a lot of liquid in pan, if so, drain it.

    Add sausage, salt and garlic.

    Cover let cook 5 minutes stirring occasionally.

    Add onions.

    Mix well cook till onions are tender.

    Add margarine.

    If the squash caramelizes, this is awesome.

    After all liquid is gone mix well and let sit 3 minutes serve.
