  • 1-1/2 cup Any Dried Fruits
  • 1 cup Any Seeds
  • 5 cups Cereals, Grains And/or Groats
  • 2 cups Any Nuts

    Cut larger dried fruits into smaller pieces. Combine all ingredients in a large jar and shake well.

    You'll need about 45 grams (1/2 cup) per serving. Serve with fresh fruit, milk (or substitutes) and sweetener. You can soak your muesli in milk and leave it overnight to soften and infuse the flavor. I typically use 1 cup milk and 2 teaspoons sweetener for each 1/2 cup serving of muesli.
