- 2 cups white flour
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 13/16 cup ricotta
- 7 tablespoons butter
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup mint syrup
- 7 1/2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
Directions

1Mix sugar with butter until creamy smooth.

2Add eggs, flour, ricotta and chocolate chips, mixing thoroughly.

3United mint syrup, a pinch of salt and baking powder.

4Place the mixture into cups and bake in preheated oven at 190°C for 30 minutes, checking the area with the toothpick test.
