- 1/4 Cup light brown sugar
- 2 Tbs. unsweetened cocoa powder (I use hershey's)
- large pinch of salt <- necessary
- 2 Tbs. canola oil
- 2 Tbs. milk or non-dairy creamer
- 2 Tbs. chocolate chips

11.Mix the dry ingredients very well, until there are no flour or sugar clumps.

22.Add the oil and milk/non-dairy creamer, and mix until you have a thick paste.

33.Stir in the chocolate chips.

44.Microwave for about 1 minute and 10 seconds (on high) - check every 30 seconds, until you have that gooey brownie texture we all love.
