  • 1 (12 ounce) jar roasted sweet red peppers, drained
  • 2 garlic cloves, sliced thinly
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 13 cup panko breadcrumbs (Japanese breadcrumbs)
  • 2 teaspoons pomegranate molasses
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 14 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions

    Saute garlic in olive oil over medium heat until golden--approx 3 minutes.

    Blend all ingredients in processor until coarse puree forms.

    Season with salt to taste.

    Transfer to bowl.

    Serve with chips or crudite.
