  • 2 qt. apple cider
  • 1 tsp. whole allspice
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 3 whole cloves
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. orange juice

    Simmer apple cider, whole allspice, cinnamon stick and cloves for 15 minutes; strain.
