  • 12 cup oats
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 12 cup whole wheat flour
  • 12 cup cornmeal
  • 14 cup wheat bran
  • 14 cup toasted wheat germ
  • 14 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 12 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup low-fat buttermilk
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 12 cups whole wheat pancake mix

    Place oats in a food processor and process until smooth.

    Add remaining ingredients and process until well blended.
