- 12 cup oats
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 12 cup whole wheat flour
- 12 cup cornmeal
- 14 cup wheat bran
- 14 cup toasted wheat germ
- 14 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 12 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup low-fat buttermilk
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 12 cups whole wheat pancake mix
Directions

1Place oats in a food processor and process until smooth.

2Add remaining ingredients and process until well blended.

3Store in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator.

4To make a batch of pancakes, mix the buttermilk, vegetable oil, eggs and multi-grain mix together with a whisk until just mixed.
