  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup oat flour (1/4 cup rolled oats blend until fine)
  • 1/4 cup corn meal
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 5 slices bacon (cooked, drained, and crumbled)
  • 1/2 pound ground beef (browned and drained)
  • 1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese
  • pizza sauce, peppers, onions, olives, as desired

Directions

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

    Grease a 14-inch pizza pan.

    Mix together first 6 ingredients.

    Press onto pan and bake 12 to 15 minutes.

    Top with remaining ingredients and bake 10 to 15 minutes longer.
