- 1 cup oat bran
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 large egg white
- 1 14 cups buttermilk
- 12 cup brown sugar, Packed
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 mashed banana
- 12 cup frozen blueberries
- 14 cup granola cereal

1Preheat oven to 375'.

3Whisk flours, oat bran, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.

4Lightly beat the eggs and egg white in a medium bowl.
