Mumph'S Cheese Cake

Directions

   Cut cheese into large bowl.

   Blend in ingredients, one at a time.

   Do not overbeat, mixture should be a bit lumpy.

   Pour mixture into spring-form pan.

   Fill a large oven pan 1/4 way with water.

   Put spring-form pan into water and bake for 1 hour at 350°.

   Turn oven off.

   Leave oven door closed and leave in oven for 1 hour.
