  • 4 tomatoes medium
  • 1 scallion diced
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • sherry vinegar
  • 1 egg hard-boiled and chopped
  • oil
  • 6 ounces fish
  • 1 handful black olives

Directions

    Set the tomatoes on a baking tray and place under the broiler until the skins char. Let cool and peel.

    Remove the hard part at the top of the tomatoes and chop. Transfer to a salad bowl with the scallion. Salt to taste.

    Drizzle the vegetables with olive oil and vinegar to taste.

    Add the egg, tuna, and black olives on top.
