- 4 tomatoes medium
- 1 scallion diced
- salt
- olive oil
- sherry vinegar
- 1 egg hard-boiled and chopped
- oil
- 6 ounces fish
- 1 handful black olives
Directions

1Set the tomatoes on a baking tray and place under the broiler until the skins char. Let cool and peel.

2Remove the hard part at the top of the tomatoes and chop. Transfer to a salad bowl with the scallion. Salt to taste.

3Drizzle the vegetables with olive oil and vinegar to taste.

4Add the egg, tuna, and black olives on top.
